Delivery information - Getting our goods to you
We send goods by overnight carrier to most destinations within the United Kingdom, however this is not a 100% guaranteed service and occasionally items may take longer to be delivered, depending on the destination and factors beyond our control such as the weather.
Delivery maybe at any time during the working day and somebody will need to be present at the address to sign for the goods. Please let us know of any special delivery instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour, or in garage etc).
If nobody is in or the premises are closed and there are no special delivery instructions, then our carrier will post a card through the letterbox, advising the consignee that they have attempted delivery and inviting them to go online to arrange one of the following options:-
Redelivery to the original address at a mutually convenient time during normal working hours (Monday to Friday).
Redelivery to the original address without a signature i.e leave the goods in a safe location, following prior written authorisation.
Collection from a local depot.
