Spanish Ham Carving Evening, Fri 18th October

At our eat@pallant evening on Friday 18th October we will be joined by famous Spanish food company Brindisa, as we step into the world of Spanish jamón and discover the regional varieties of this artisan delicacy – the pride of Spain!

From Serrano to acorn-fed Ibérico, get a taste of the styles and flavours of jamones from different regions of Spain. Learn how to cut the perfect slice and then under the watchful eye of a master carver try some hands-on carving for yourself.

Tickets are £25 which includes a glass of Manzanilla sherry with almonds and olives, and also a plate of Spanish ham and cheeses. Spanish wines by the glass will also be available to buy on the evening.

Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start, with food served around 8pm.
